Today when the matter is called, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the parties have settled the matter outside the Court and therefore, the contempt case may be closed. The learned counsel would also refer to the orders of this Court in S.A.No.367 of 2015 in support of her submissions that the parties have settled the matter outside the Court. Recording the said submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this contempt case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this contempt case shall stand closed.
