HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.33979 of 2017 ORDER:

Heard Sri J.Venkateswara Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, and Smt Pingali Laxmi, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.2 - Corporation.

The grievance of the petitioner, in the present writ petition, is the alleged inaction on the part of respondent No.2 - Corporation in taking action against illegal construction alleged to have been made by respondent No.3.

When the matter is taken up, learned Standing Counsel, on oral instructions, would submit that respondent No.2 - Corporation stopped the construction and they would proceed in accordance with law, and take appropriate action.

Recording the said statement of the learned Standing Counsel, the Writ Petition is disposed of.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition shall stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
