THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M. SEETHARAMA MURTI WRIT PETITION No.2659 of 2011 ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) Sri B.Narasimha Sarma, learned counsel for the writ petitioners, addressed letter dated 28.09.2016 to the Registry stating that he has been instructed to withdraw the writ petition in the light of the subsequent developments.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. The interim order dated 09.02.2011 shall stand vacated.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
