Sri Sai Gangadhar Chamarty, learned counsel for the petitioners, stated that his clients are no longer desirous of pursuing this writ petition.

Recording the said submission, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed.

The 5th respondent in the writ petition filed a miscellaneous petition making allegations against the Executive Officer of the 4th respondent temple. However, as the petitioners are no longer desirous of pursuing this writ petition, the 5th respondent is at liberty to pursue his remedies against the Executive Officer of the 4th respondent temple by way of independent proceedings, in accordance with law.

Pending miscellaneous petitions shall also stand dismissed. No

order as to costs.
