17.09.2025 I.A.No.1 OF 2025 This application is filed praying this Court to relax the condition against the petitioner i.e., "to appear before the Sanath Nagar Police Station on every Monday at 11:00 am" imposed in Criminal petition No.14353 of 2024, dated 23.12.2024.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has already appeared before the Investigating Officer as ordered by this Court on 05 occasions i.e. 21.07.2025, 28.07.2025, 04.08.2025, 11.08.2025, 18.08.2025, 25.08.2025. He further submitted that the petitioner is finding it inconvenient to comply with the above mentioned bail condition due to his old age. Therefore, he prayed to relax the said condition. On the other hand, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is appearing before the Investigating Officer and till today charge sheet is not filed.

In the said circumstances, the condition imposed against the petitioner i.e., "to appear before the Sanath

Nagar Police Station on every Monday at 11:00 am" in Crl.P.No.14353 of 2024 dated 23.12.2024, is hereby relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the Investigating Officer, as and when required. All other conditions shall remain unaltered.

Accordingly, this application is ordered.
