The petitioner's grievance is that the respondents are laying electric transmission power in the petitioner's property without taking his consent. 2.

It is stated by Sri K.Muralidhar Reddy, learned counsel for petitioner as well as Sri N.Siva Reddy, Standing Counsel appearing for respondents 2, 4 to 6 that the question raised in this Writ Petition is squarely covered by the order dated 27.08.2018 in W.P.No.30407 of 2018.

Therefore, for reasons alike, this Writ Petition is also disposed of directing the petitioner to make a claim before the 5th respondent seeking compensation for loss of usage of his property and the respondents shall consider the same and fix appropriate compensation payable to the petitioner within six (06) weeks from today. If the petitioner is dissatisfied with the same, she is at liberty to avail the remedy under Section 16(3) of the Telegraph Act, 1885 read with Section 164 of the Electricity Act, 2003 before the Competent Forum prescribed there under. No order as to costs. 4.
