This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Section 115 of C.P.C. assailing the order dated 07.11.2016 passed in E.P.No.25 of 2015 in O.S.No.221 of 2011 on the file of the Court of V Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad.

As per the note submitted by the Registry, E.P.No.25 of 2015 in O.S.No.221 of 2011 was closed on 28.02.2017. Learned counsel for the first respondent submitted that the parties have settled the matter outside the Court. In view of disposal of the E.P. and the submission made by the learned counsel for the first respondent, the purpose of filing the revision petition has become infructuous. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
