Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the opinion that the petitioner had failed to show sufficient reasons for the day-to-day delay caused in preferring this Revision with such an inordinate delay of

(591) days. Therefore, this Court is not convinced with the reasons assigned in the affidavit.

Accordingly, this I.A. is dismissed.

Crl.R.C.No.1183 of 2024 Since, the I.A.No.1 of 2024 is dismissed, this Criminal Revision Case stands Rejected.
