SHANKAR NARAYANA WRIT PETITION No.31606 of 2016 Order: (Per the Hon'ble The Acting Chief Justice Ramesh Ranganathan) Smt. P. Vijaya Lakshmi, learned counsel for the petitioner, would submit that as the vehicle was released after the writ petition was filed, on collection of the compounding fee from the petitioner, the petitioner be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to question the order passed imposing the compounding fee on the petitioner.

Granting liberty as sought for, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
