Learned counsel for the petitioner on this day submits tha"L a dispute went on between the petitioner and the learned Presiding Officer of the Court and / therefore, tl-re petitioner moved this application for transfer. Learned counsel also submits that the learned Presiding Oflicer got transferred and she is not holding the said Collrt as of now. No other convincing grounds are found on record to effect transfer" Therefore, this Tralsfer Criminal Petition is dismissed.
