HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE V.RAMASUBRAMANI AN AND HON'BLE MS. JUSTI CE J. UMA DEVI W.P.NO.30658 of 2018 ORDER: (Per VRS,J.) It is stated by Mr. Srinivasa Rao Madiraju, learned counsel for the petitioners that pursuant to the interim orders passed by this Court, the applications of the petitioners were received and they were permitted to participate in the counseling. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in the writ petition.

2. Hence the writ petition is closed. If the petitioners have already got admission to MBBS Course the same may be confirmed. If they have not got a seat in the MBBS, they may be permitted to appear for the BDS counseling. There shall be no order as to costs.

3. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
