This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner, assailing the order, dated 21.04.2014, of the learned Judge, Family Court, Hyderabad, passed in I.A.No.413 of 2013 in O.P.No.1417 of 2009. 2 .

I have heard the submissions of the learned counsel for both the sides.

The Registry of this Court brings to the notice of this Court that the trial Court dismissed the O.P. on 19.06.2015. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that since the O.P. was dismissed for default, steps are initiated for restoration of the O.P.

Recording the said submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous in view of the dismissal of the O.P. by the trial Court on 19.06.2015, however, reserving liberty to the revision petitioner to pursue the remedies, which the law permits, and to seek restoration of the O.P., if necessary. In the event of restoration of the O.P. to the file of the Court below, if the revision petitioner files any fresh application seeking visitation rights, the trial Court shall dispose of the same on merits and in strict accordance with the procedure established by law. There shall be no order as to costs.
