HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 30706 of 2018 ORDER:

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking the following relief:

" To issue a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not considering the case of the petitioners in issuing pattadar pass books by mutating the land in favour of the petitioners as per the final decree in O.S.No. 369 of 2007 dated 05.02.2014 on the file of the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Sangareddy, Medak district, as illegal, arbitrary and to consequently direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's case for issue of patta pass books by mutating the land in favour of the petitioners as per the final decree in O.S.No. 369 of 2007 dated 05.02.2014 on the file of the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Sangareddy, Medak district, by considering the petitioner' s representation dated 25.09.2014."

At the time when the matter is taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner made a representation in the month of September, 2014 for issuance of pattadar pass books in respect of land in Survey

No. 54, admeasuring Ac.4-36, situated in Nandigama Village, Patancheruvu Mandal, Medak District, the same is not considered till date.

Without going into the merits of the case, and having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of with consent, at the admission stage, directing the petitioner to make a fresh application in accordance with the provisions of the R.O.R. ACt, seeking issuance of pattadar pass books and title deeds, enclosing all the necessary documents showing his title to the schedule property, in which event, the concerned Tahsildar shall deal with the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, after hearing all concerned, including the petitioner herein, as early as possible, preferably, within a period of eight to ten weeks from the date of receipt of making of such an application. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
