The matter is settled before the Lok Adalat and award is passed. No doubt, learned counsel for the appellants is not a signatory to the award. The Lok Adalat Committee hereinafter to see the award to be signed by the counsel on record rather than some body. With the above observation, the appeal is closed in terms of the award.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
