Learned counsel for the petitioner - accused No.3 seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the Criminal Petition with a liberty to submit all the relevant documents in the possession of petitioner - accused No.3 to the police and a direction to the police to consider all the documents before filing charge sheet.

Recording the submission of the learned counsel, permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting the aforesaid liberty.
