The case of the petitioner is that he is the owner and possessor of the agricultural lands in Sy.No.277/A admeasuring Ac.3.90 cents and Sy.No.168 admeasuring Ac.0.23 cents total admeasuring Ac.4.13 cents situated at Yenamdala Village, Yeddanapudi Mandal, Prakasam District, having succeeded the same through his ancestors. Petitioner was also issued pattadar pass books and title deeds by the revenue officials. While so, the petitioner made an application on 10.05.2016 requesting the authorities to conduct survey, demarcate and fix the boundaries of the subject land. But the same is not being disposed of so far. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed. Heard both sides.

In view of the above facts and circumstances, the 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of the application made by the petitioner in accordance with law, within period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and take action accordingly.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
