HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.30696 OF 2018 ORDER :

This writ petition is filed for a Mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in not taking any action by considering the representation dated 13.08.2018 submitted by the petitioner for providing protection to the tower being erected at Door No.1-67/72, Plot No.72, in Survey No.204/2, situated at Madeenaguda Village, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, as illegal and arbitrary. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner who submits that this Court in similar circumstances disposed of WP.No.14941/2016 on 28.04.2016 and the same is followed by this Court in WP.No.6213/2018, dated 05.03.2018.

In view of the above, and since the representation of the petitioner is pending consideration, it is not necessary for this Court to adjudicate the matter on merits.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of directing the Station House Officer, Miyapur Police Station, Miyapur, Hyderabad, to consider the petitioner company's representation dated 13.08.2018 and take action in the matter in accordance with the due procedure laid down by law. This exercise shall be completed expeditiously and in any event, not later than two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
