HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.7050 of 2017 ORDER:

In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, the petitioner/ accused seeks to quash the proceedings in Crime No.235 of 2017 of Peddapalli PS, Peddapalli District, which was registered for the offence under Section 420 IPC.

2) When the matter came up for hearing, learned Public Prosecutor produced the letter dated 09.03.2018 of SHO, Peddapalli PS and submitted that in this case investigation was completed and charge sheet was filed and case was registered as C.C.No.578 of 2017 on the file of JFCM, Peddapalli and therefore, the petition which is filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.235 of 2017 has become infructuous and hence the same may be dismissed. 3) Learned counsel for petitioner present.

4) In view of the above submission of learned Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as Infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
