THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 30830 of 2018 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for the following relief: "For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit the petitioner prays that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue appropriate Writ or any other order or direction particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd Respondent not taking any action by considering the representation dated 13.08.2018 for ensuring providing protection to the tower being erected at Plot No.88, in Survey No.78, situated at Hafeezpet Village, Serilingampally (M), Ranga Reddy District, as per permission, as arbitrary, illegal and in violation of well settled principles of natural justice and to pass such other orders/s as are deemed fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

The issue raised in the present Writ Petition is squarely covered by the order, dated 28.04.2016, passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.14941 of 2016, the operative portion of which reads as under:

"The writ petition is accordingly disposed of directing the Station House Officer, Madannapet Police Station, Hyderabad, to consider the petitioner company's representation, dated 21.04.2016 and take

CKR, J WP.No.30830 of 2018 action in the matter in accordance with the due procedure laid down by law. This exercise shall be completed expeditiously and in any event, not later than two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."

Following the above said order and for the reasons recorded therein, this Writ Petition is also disposed of in terms thereof.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
