Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

This writ petition is filed to direct the 1st respondent to arrest the 4th respondent and adduce the evidence according to law by the 4th respondent and also to mark the complaint and also chits pass book as exhibits in the case.

When the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the petitioner informs the Court that in C.C.No.48 of 2010, trial was conducted and learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Mahabubabad, rendered judgment, acquitting the accused. Against the acquittal, a Criminal Appeal is filed and the same is pending consideration of the appellate Court. 4.

Having regard to the subsequent developments, the cause in the writ petition, does not survive.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner may be permitted to avail civil law remedies.

This writ petition is confined to the issue relating to adducing of evidence in C.C.No.48 of 2010 in the Court of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Mahabubabad and does not deal with the inter se civil disputes. If there are any inter se disputes, it is always open to the petitioner to work out his remedies as available in law.
