THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.2080 of 2015 ORDER:

Upon hearing both sides, at the admission stage, the following Order is passed:

Having regard to the strong prima facie accusation against the petitioners and other accused and as the investigation is in progress, it is not a fit case to quash the proceedings at this stage. Hence, the investigation shall be continued to its logical end. However, the Police of Mailardevapally Police Station, are directed to strictly follow the procedure contemplated under Section 41-A Cr.P.C. towards the petitioners/Accused Nos.3 and 13 during the course of investigation. The petitioners shall cooperate with the investigation agency for smooth completion of investigation.

With the above observation, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
