Rajeswari, learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that in view of the interim order dated 02-05-2012, nothing further survives in the writ petition. That seems to be the reason why the petitioner is not coming forward to work it out on merits. Hence, I am constrained to dismiss the writ petition for non-prosecution. Order accordingly.
