THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY TR.CMP No.140 of 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 24 of C.P.C to withdraw O.S.No.165 of 2010 from the file of the XVI Additional District Judge Court, Ranga Reddy District at Malkajgiri and transfer the same to III Additional District Judge Court, Ranga Reddy District at L.B. Nagar.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the transfer C.M.P. with liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedies available to it under law including filing of the similar nature of petition before the appropriate Court.

3. Permission as sought for is accorded.

4. Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this petition shall stand closed. _________________________ T.SUNIL CHOWDARY, J.
