ORDER :

This writ petition is filed to declare the action on the part of the respondent in not sending the hall ticket to the petitioners for interview for appointment to the post of Staff Assistant/Clerks as arbitrary, illegal and unjust, and consequently to direct the respondent to permit the petitioners for interview to the post of Staff Assistant/Clerks to be held on 09.03.2012 or any other subsequent date.

2. When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the cause in the writ petition does not survive.

3. Recording the said submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand dismissed.
