Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the interim order earlier passed in this case has worked out itself and no further orders need be passed in the writ petition and therefore seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition. Learned counsel has also earlier addressed a letter dated 16-09-2019 to the Registry to that effect.

Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, permission is hereby accorded. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this case are also dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
