HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.32549 OF 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in disconnecting the power supply of the petitioner's ice factory bearing SC No.153451106000960 in R.S.No.88/ 2, Digamarru Village, Palakol Mandal, West Godavari District as being illegal and arbitrary.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Smt.J.Koteswari Devi, the learned standing counsel for A.P.E.P.D.C.L., representing the respondents 1 to 4. 3.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that during pendency of the writ petition, the second respondent passed orders. He further submitted that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law.

Permission is granted. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedies available to him under law.
