HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.2006 of 2012 ORDER:

This revision petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is filed seeking to modify the order dated 21.11.2011 in I.A.No.576 of 2010 in F.C.O.P.No.92 of 2010 on the file of the Judge, Family Court, Ranga Reddy District.

As per office note, F.C.O.P.No.92 of 2010 itself was dismissed on 18.07.2012. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the purpose of filing of this petition has become infructuous. In view of the office note as well as the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the present Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
