This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short "Cr.P.CJ seeking to quash the proceedings against the petitioner-Accused No.3 in C.C.No.9000034 of 2018 on the file of the VII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad. The offences registered are under Section 370 (1), 370 (A) of IPC and Sec.3, 4 and 5 of Immoral Traffic Prevention Act, 2006.

After arguing for some time, counsel for petitioner-Accused sought permission to withdraw the application and avail alternative legal remedy before the concerned Court.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty as sought for.
