THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 32805 OF 2017 O R D E R:

The only complaint in this Writ Petition is that the 3rd respondent Special Executive Magistrate, Hyderabad District has not been disposing M.C.No. B/1400/2016.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Government Pleader for Home (Telangana).

Since the grievance in this Writ Petition is limited, the interests of justice would be served if a direction is issued to consider and dispose of the M.C. in a specific time-frame. The Writ Petition is therefore, disposed of directing the 3rd respondent Special Executive Magistrate, Hyderabad District to consider M.C. No. B/1400/2016 filed under Section 457 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and dispose it of within eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any shall stand closed.
