THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR CONTEMPT CASE Nos.185 and 186 OF 2017 COMMON ORDER:

Alleging wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court on 04.01.2017 in WPMP No.429 of 2017 in WP No.388 of 2017 by the respondents, this Contempt Case is filed. Alleging wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court on 04.01.2017 in WPMP No.530 of 2017 in WP No.477 of 2017 by the respondents, this Contempt Case is filed. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri D.Jaipal Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners, submits that the orders of this Court dated 04.01.2017 have been complied with. Recording the said submission, both the Contempt Cases are closed.

Miscellaneous petitions pending in these cases, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
