HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE V.RAMASUBRAMANI AN AND HON'BLE MS. JUSTI CE J. UMA DEVI W.P.NO.30707 of 2018 ORDER: (Per VRS,J.) It is stated by Mr. Nazir Ahmed Khan, learned counsel for the petitioner that pursuant to the interim orders passed by this Court, the application of the petitioner was received and he was permitted to participate in the counseling. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in the writ petition.
2. Hence the writ petition is closed. If the petitioner has already got admission to MBBS Course the same may be confirmed. If he has not got a seat in the MBBS, he may be permitted to appear for the BDS counseling. There shall be no order as to costs.
3. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
