THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.26088 of 2017 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Prohibition and Excise for respondent Nos.1 to 5.

When the matter is called, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that for redressal of its grievance, the petitioner submitted a representation on 12.07.2017 to the official respondents including respondent No.4-Prohibition & Excise Superintendent, Tirupati, Chittoor District, Andhra Pradesh. But, no action has been taken thereon. A request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to direct respondent No.4 to take appropriate action on the said representation, in accordance with law.

Learned Government Pleader, on the other hand, submitted that necessary action will be taken on the representation, dated 12.07.2017, in accordance with law. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, directing respondent No.4 to verify the representation, dated 12.07.2017,

and take appropriate action in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the stakeholders.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending in this writ petition shall stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
