It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioner that the lis in this writ petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court in WP No.37448 of 2016 dated 02.11.2016 and same is not disputed by Sri S.S.Varma, learned Standing Counsel for respondents 1 and 2.

For the reasons alike in the orders dated 02.11.2016 in WP No.37448 of 2016, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
