THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.23386 of 2017 O R D E R:

Counsel for the petitioner has filed a letter dt.18.06.2018 before the Registrar (Judicial), High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad For the State of Telangana and for the State of Andhra Pradesh stating that he has been instructed by his client to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to avail alternate remedy. This request is also reiterated in the Court.

Granting liberty as sought for this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
