HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No. 21245 of 2015 ORDER:

Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for the respondents.

The petitioner was appointed as Fair Price Shop Dealer for Golladoddi Village,Guntakal Mandal, Ananthapur District. While so, based on the report of the third respondent dated 24.4.2015, the second respondent issued show cause notice on 27.4.2015 framing as many as five charges against the petitioner. The petitioner submitted his explanation to the said show cause notice. Thereafter the second respondent suspended the authorization of the petitioner by order dated 14.5.2015. Challenging the said order of suspension, the

present Writ Petition is filed.

This Court carefully perused the charges levelled against the petitioner and is prima facie of the opinion that the charges require to be enquired into. In view therefore, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the said order. As the petitioner has already submitted his explanation, the second respondent is directed to conduct an enquiry and pass final order within thirty days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order by duly observing the principles of natural justice during the enquiry process.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration if any in the Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
