HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 30726 of 2018 ORDER:
The present writ petition came to be filed seeking the following relief:
" To issue a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not making necessary entries in the revenue records, in spite of cancellation of the sale deeds by the Sub-Registrar, Tenali and not implementing the decree and judgment of the Hon' ble XI Additional District Judge, Tenali, Guntur district in O.S.No 72 of 2015 dated 16.12.2017, as illegal, arbitrary, and consequently to direct the respondents to make necessary entries in the revenue records and issue pattadar pass books and title deeds as per schedule of properties as mentioned in the decree and judgment in O.S.No. 72 of 2015, dated 16.12.2017 on the file of the XI Additional District Judge, Tenali in favour of the petitioners."

At the time when the matter is taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the representation of the petitioner dated 07.03.2018 seeking issuance of pattadar pass books, based on the decree passed by the civil court, is pending before the respondents, and no action is taken on the same till date.

The learned Government Pleader for Revenue would submit that since the application made by the petitioner is
not in Form-VI, his request might not have been considered by the respondents.

Without going into the merits of the case, and having regard to the submissions made by both counsel across the bar, the present writ petition is disposed of with consent, at the admission stage, directing the petitioner to make a fresh application in Form-VI, seeking issuance of pattadar pass books and title deeds, enclosing all the necessary documents showing his title to the schedule property, in which event, the concerned Tahsildar shall deal with the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, after hearing all concerned, including the petitioner herein, as early as possible, preferably, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of making of such an application. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
