HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY CONTEMPT CASE No.2456 of 2015 ORDER:

This contempt case is filed alleging violation of orders passed by this Court in WPMP.No.38027 of 2015 in WP.No.29334 of 2015, dated 10-09-2015.

Learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the 3rd respondent submits that petitioner expired and he has also not paid licence fee, as such his licence was cancelled and fresh tenders were floated and successful bidder was already granted lease. He also submits that the said facts are stated in the counter affidavit filed by 3rd respondent.

In view of the same, I do not see any violation of orders passed by this Court and the contempt case is liable to be dismissed.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is dismissed. As a sequel to the disposal of this case, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending shall stand closed.
