HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT C.C. No. 2376 of 2018 O R D E R:- (ORAL) This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience on the part of the respondents in complying with the order dated 12.09.2016 passed by this Court in W.P.No. 27818 of 2016.

The learned Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents submits that the order dated 12.09.2016 in W.P.No. 27818 of 2016 passed by this Court, has been complied with and the same is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

In view of above submission, the respondents are discharged from the contempt proceedings.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
