This is an application for transfer of O.S.No.320 of 2016 from the Court of II Senior Civil Judge, Kakinada, East Godavari District.

The communication obtained by the Registry of this Court from the District Judge, Rajamahendravaram, shows that the said suit was disposed of on 10.07.2017. Therefore, nothing survives in this matter.

This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is accordingly dismissed.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
