HONOURABLE Dr.JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO Criminal Petition No.9381 of 2018 ORDER :

Heard before admission and before notice to the respondent No.2 and the Criminal Petition itself is disposed of by left open all defences before trial Court to raise and so far as the issuance of Non Bailable Warrant(for short, 'the NBW') is concerned, the petitioner is directed to appear in person before the learned Magistrate and file an application to recall and the learned Magistrate to allow the same and if at all any bonds earlier not executed to obtain the bonds with or without sureties u/sec.88 and 89 of CrPC for future due appearance and if at all earlier executed not appeared for which the NBW issued, impose reasonable penalty on the earlier bond and for continuing on earlier bond or fresh bond. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.
