THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V.AFZULPURKAR W.P.M.P. No.50523 OF 2015 IN/AND W.P. No.34002 OF 2015 COMMON ORDER:

The petitioners filed W.P.M.P.No.50523 of 2015 seeking leave of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file a fresh Writ Petition on the ground that he came to know certain facts which are relevant to the Writ Petition and secured certain fresh documents which could not be filed. In view of the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of W.P.M.P.No.50523 of 2015, the petition is ordered. Consequently, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh Writ Petition. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
