O R D E R

(Per Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) Sri Sharad Sanghi, learned counsel, would fairly state that as the petitioner is a guarantor for the loan facility availed by her husband from M/s. India Bulls Housing Finance Limited, Hyderabad, and as her husband, being the principal borrower, has already approached the jurisdictional Debts Recovery Tribunal, she may be granted liberty to get herself impleaded in the pending Securitisation Application and seek redressal of her grievance before the said forum.

Accepting the submission, the writ petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to take steps to get herself impleaded in the pending Securitisation Application filed by her husband, the principal borrower, and raise all the issues which were sought to be raised by her in the present case.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs.
