Heard.

The petitioner complains that the 4th respondent is repeatedly calling him to the police station and harassing him without there being any crime registered against him.

Learned Government Pleader has received instructions, which state that basing on the private complaint of one Sri Kuntumalla Chandra Mohan, dated 13-112014, which was referred to the 4th respondent by the competent criminal court, the 4th respondent has made a GD entry and registered a case in Cr.No.737 of 2014 and took up investigation. Though the petitioner is not named as an accused in the said complaint, it appears that he is also one of the purchasers of the plot in question and later he sold the same to one P.Madhusudhan Reddy, who inturn sold it to the vendors of the said complainant. In the process of investigation, it is stated that the petitioner was once called for the purpose of recording statement and to make enquiries, as he is also one of the previous owners of the plot in question regarding which the complaint is made.

It is stated that except calling the petitioner once in the month of February, 2015 for the purpose of investigation and enquiry, the 4th respondent never called the petitioner to the police station at any point of time. The allegation of harassment etc., is denied.

In view of that, no further orders are necessary. As the petitioner has already co-operated with the investigation and enquiry and keeping in view the advanced age of the petitioner, the 4th respondent will not unnecessarily call the petitioner unless it is essential for the purpose of investigation. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. _______________________
