HONOURABLE SMT. JUSTICE KONGARA VIJAYA LAKSHMI WRIT PETITION No.1693 of 2013 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed questioning the notice issued by the respondent No.2, vide order UCR No.142/TPS/C-17/G2/GHMC/ 2013, dated 08-01-2013, under Section 636 of HMC Act, 1955. The case of the petitioner is that he inherited the property admeasuring an extent of 800 square yards out of 4000 square yards along with the compound wall and raised a temporary shed in Sy.No.904 situated at Brundavan Colony, Malkajgiri Mandal, GHMC, Ranga Reddy District and that he was issued a pattadar pass book also; without issuing any notice under Section 452 and also Section 461 of HMC Act, 1955, directly a notice under Section 636 of HMC Act, 1955 was issued; there is a threat of removal of temporary shed and the compound wall and that the petitioner has submitted a representation to the respondent No.2 in this regard.

The writ petition was filed in the year 2013 and there is no interim direction in this case.

None appears for the petitioner and the respondents. The case of the petitioner is that after receipt of the notice under Section 636 of HMC Act, he filed a representation to the respondents; even though a copy of the representation, which is

In view of the same, if the petitioner is so advised, he is at liberty to file a fresh representation to the respondents seeking redressal of his grievance.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
