THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.9585 OF 2012 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure seeking to quash proceedings against the petitioner/A.2 in C.C.No.51 of 2011 on the file of the II Additional District Munsif Court, Tirupathi, which is registered against the petitioner and other accused for the offences under Sections 419, 420, 468, 471 read with Section 120-B IPC and Section 34 IPC.

Heard learned counsel for petitioner/A.2 and learned Assistant Public Prosecutor.

This Court, without expressing any view on merits of the contentions of both sides, gives liberty to petitioner/A.2 to approach the trial Court and seek his discharge by filing an application, in which case, the trial Court shall pass appropriate orders on merits expeditiously. The criminal petition is accordingly disposed of. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this petition, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
