HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SRI THOTTATHIL B. RADHAKRISHNAN AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN CONTEMPT APPEAL No.8 of 2017 JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Sri Thottathil B. Radhakrishnan) It is submitted that the establishment had complied with the direction issued by the learned Single Judge and, consequently, the learned Single Judge has closed the contempt proceedings holding that the respondents therein stand purged of contempt. Hence, this appeal does not require to be prosecuted.

We record the aforesaid submissions and dismiss the appeal as infructuous.

As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Applications, if any, pending stand dismissed.
