When the contempt case was listed on 23.01.2015, learned counsel for the petitioner was absent and the matter was listed under the caption "for dismissal".

Thereafter, the matter underwent one adjournment. Today also, when the matter is called, none appeared for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the petitioner is absent.

2. The Contempt Case is, accordingly, dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this contempt case shall stand closed.
