HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 30800 of 2018 ORDER:
The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus, declaring the inaction on the part of the 3rd and 4th respondents in conducting survey in respect of Sy.No. 147/ 109/ 1, 147/ 109/ 2, 147/ 109/ 3 and 147/ 95, situated at Gudur Village, Doma Mandal, Vikarabad district, pursuant to the applications dated 27.06.2018 and 27.11.2017 of the petitioners, as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional.

The averments in the affidavit filed in support of the petition would show that though the petitioners made representations on 27.06.2018 and 27.11.2017 to the 3rd and 4th respondents, no orders have been passed by the 3rd and 4th respondents on the said representations till date. 3.
The learned Government Pleader for Revenue would submit that the respondents will deal with the representations of the petitioners in accordance with law and the circulars issued from time to time.

Without going into the merits of the case, and having regard to the request made by the petitioners to dispose of his representations, the present writ petition is disposed of
with consent, at the admission stage, directing the 3rd and 4th respondents to deal with the representations made by the petitioners on 27.06.2018 and 27.11.2017 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law and the relevant circulars issued from time to time, after hearing all the concerned, including the petitioners herein, as early as possible, preferably, within a period of ten to twelve weeks from the date of receipt of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
