Counsel for the petitioner has filed a letter dt.12.09.2016 before the Registrar (Judicial), High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad For the State of Telangana and for the State of Andhra Pradesh stating that he has been instructed by his client to withdraw this Contempt Case. This request is also reiterated in the Court. 2.

Recording the said submission, this Contempt Case is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
