Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in respect of the same wakf institution viz., Ashurkhana Chityal situated at Medak district, this Court in WP No.40407 of 2014 passed orders, the operative portion is set out below:- "However, in the meantime, if the maintenance grant is not released, the same may be considered for being released." Learned standing counsel for the respondent-wakf board does not dispute the same. In the circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of directing that if the maintenance grant is not released to the said Ashurkhana, the same may be considered for being released in accordance with law. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
